The DPR (Digital Product Research) for NetOne, one of the biggest Telecommunications and Internet providers in Angola that offers varied and competitive products and services, arose from the need to create an Entertainment Portal that could produce valuable digital content about Angola, bringing Angolans from all over the world together.
The main goal was to study and understand how to make this portal become one of the most relevant entertainment and content website providers in Angola.
Two of Load’s members flew to Angola and, together with NetOne’s team, conducted the first phase of the DPR. It was important to get more familiar with Angola’s reality, how and what information was consumed, conduct interviews, analyze trends and the competition, conduct brainstorming sessions, and so on. As a result, with Load’s inputs, NetOne could finally understand what were the main features that this entertainment portal should have, the effort to allocate, the necessary time-to-market to launch it, and the target audience it should ideally reach.
