As Maxmat’s main consulting partner, LOAD was entrusted with leading the end-to-end assessment and redesign of their core business suite applications. With a focus on aligning their technology with operational goals and future vision, LOAD conducted an in-depth discovery process to define a robust and scalable digital foundation. This included evaluating existing systems, interviewing stakeholders, and mapping user journeys across the business. The collaboration laid the groundwork for modernizing Maxmat’s digital tools, from internal operations to customer-facing platforms.

Maxmat was relying on a fragmented legacy system landscape that lacked integration, adaptability, and efficiency. The absence of structured documentation, outdated architecture, and disjointed user experiences across applications posed significant challenges in meeting evolving operational and customer service demands. Maxmat needed a strategic partner to understand the current state, identify improvement areas, and define a clear roadmap toward a unified, modern application ecosystem.

 

A nossa abordagem

LOAD started by engaging key stakeholders through interviews to capture pain points, goals, and functional requirements. This was followed by a comprehensive system assessment – including architectural and security evaluations – of Maxmat’s legacy platforms. We developed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and detailed user journey maps to support decision-making. When required, reverse engineering techniques were applied to understand legacy systems thoroughly and define migration strategies. Among the key deliverables were two redesigned applications developed from scratch:

  • A Provider Portal to manage operational workflows and ensure quality control
  • A Customer Success Platform to streamline refund processing, warranty claims, and product replacements
