This innovative project aims to drive Ascendi’s business by providing a comprehensive solution that includes mobility, infrastructure assets, toll collection, and operations and maintenance. The goal was to develop an app that reflected the company’s offering and appealed to all customers.
Through a thorough requirements analysis and design study, we identified the optimal app experience that aligns with Ascendi’s brand identity and goals. Given the importance of payment management and daily travel expenses to customers, we ensured that the integration and technical aspects of the app met Ascendi’s expectations. We successfully coordinated all parties involved, including payment providers such as SIBS, and navigated complex development environments to create a seamless user experience. A notable feature of this project is the integration of a chatbot based on AI and machine learning that enables automated conversations and interactions with customers via messaging. This human-centric approach improves customer support and is in line with Ascendi’s values. The development process included seamless integration with existing processes and backend systems, further demonstrating the company’s commitment to providing exceptional service to its customers.
